Payment and billing

Our services are billed on a per-second basis for the resources you consume. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

Limitation of liability

Chess Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
